How to order from Eon's Whips?
Place an order with us today and get it with just a few simple steps! We ship to anywhere in the world, and you can order from anywhere!
1. Contact us for advice
First, we recommend contacting us to help you with your project. We can provide you with advice on the best creation for your needs. You can also visit our guides for more information.
2. Checkout
Once you have defined your project, you can checkout with us by credit card. Your order will be shipped within 1 month of receiving payment.
3. Or order through Etsy
You can also order through Etsy. Please note that prices on Etsy are higher due to platform-related taxes.
How can I lower the price of my order?
Looking for ways to save money on your order? We offer several options to help you get the best deal possible.
1. Pick up your order in person
If you are located in the Thionville (Grand Est) area of France, or if you plan to meet us at an event, you can pick up your order in person to avoid shipping costs. Please note that you must place your order at least three weeks in advance.
2. Order multiple items at once
Shipping costs are typically €20 per item. Ordering multiple items at once can help you save money on shipping. Why not combine your orders with a friend?
3. Request shipping via Mondial Relay
Shipping via Mondial Relay is less expensive than shipping via Colissimo. Packages will be delivered to a Mondial Relay pickup point, not to a specific address.
4. Create your own Mondial Relay shipping label
You can also send us a Mondial Relay shipping label to print. Our shipping prices include taxes, which you will not have to pay if you handle this part yourself. If you choose this option, be sure to add insurance in case the package is lost by Mondial Relay, as we will not be able to issue a refund.
