Terms of Sale

These terms of sale (TOS) apply to all transactions made. By validating their order, the customer accepts these TOS without reservation.

These TOS govern the sales of handmade products as well as the services (whip handling and fire massage training) offered by Eon's Whips. They define the rights and obligations of Eon's Whips and the customer within these transactions.

Prices are listed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), and shipping fees are included. Prices may be changed at any time, but products and services will be charged based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

The order is validated when the customer makes the full payment and accepts these TOS. A payment confirmation will be sent. Eon's Whips reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons (fraud, anomaly in the order, payment issue).

Payment is made online via: Credit Card / Etsy. Full payment is required at the time of order. No delivery or service will be provided without receiving the total payment.

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to orders for products made to the customer's specifications or significantly personalized. Therefore, all products sold on Eon's Whips are custom-made according to the client's specific choices (materials, colors, dimensions, etc.), and no right of withdrawal can be exercised after the order has been confirmed. The customer acknowledges and agrees that any validated order is firm and final.

In accordance with the law, products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). In the event of a defect, the customer may request repair or replacement of the product. The customer must contact Eon's Whips via Email / Instagram within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.

Eon's Whips disclaims any liability for improper use of the products. The customer is responsible for learning the proper techniques for using the whips, floggers, and other creations and for following the safety instructions. Concerning training sessions, the client agrees to follow the rules and instructions provided by the instructor. Eon's Whips cannot be held responsible for injuries or accidents resulting from improper execution of the techniques taught.

All content on the eons-whips.com website (texts, images, videos, logos, graphics, etc.) is the exclusive property of Eon's Whips or their respective authors. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior authorization is prohibited.

These TOS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. If no agreement is reached, the competent courts will be those of the Thionville jurisdiction.

Eon's Whips reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time. The applicable conditions are those in effect at the time of the order.
