These terms of sale (TOS) apply to all transactions made. By validating their order, the customer accepts these TOS without reservation.

1. Purpose
These TOS govern the sales of handmade products as well as the services (whip handling and fire massage training) offered by Eon's Whips. They define the rights and obligations of Eon's Whips and the customer within these transactions.
2. Products and Services
Handmade Products
The products offered include whips, floggers, and other handmade accessories, primarily made of paracord. Each product is unique and may slightly differ from the image shown on the site. Information on essential product characteristics is available on each product page.Services
The offered training includes whip handling and fire massage sessions, conducted only in person, at locations indicated on the site or agreed upon with the client.3. Pricing
Prices are listed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), and shipping fees are included. Prices may be changed at any time, but products and services will be charged based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
4. Order
The order is validated when the customer makes the full payment and accepts these TOS. A payment confirmation will be sent. Eon's Whips reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons (fraud, anomaly in the order, payment issue).
5. Payment
Payment is made online via: Credit Card / Etsy. Full payment is required at the time of order. No delivery or service will be provided without receiving the total payment.
6. Product Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of order.
Shipping fees: Shipping costs are listed in the price details and included in the total.
Delivery time: Manufacturing and delivery times are communicated individually to the customer upon order confirmation and constitute the applicable contractual deadline. In the absence of a specific indication, delivery will take place no later than 90 days from the order confirmation date. Eon's Whips cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond its control (strikes, weather conditions, etc.).
7. Withdrawal
Products: In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to orders for products made to the customer's specifications or significantly personalized. All products sold by Eon's Whips are custom-made, therefore no right of withdrawal may be exercised after the order has been confirmed.
Training sessions: In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal lapses once the customer has expressly requested that the service begin before the expiry of the 14-day legal period. By confirming their booking and choosing a session date, the customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal. All confirmed bookings are firm and final, unless Eon's Whips decides otherwise.
8. Warranties and Returns
In accordance with the law, products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). In the event of a defect, the customer may request repair or replacement of the product. The customer must contact Eon's Whips via Email / Instagram within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.
9. Liability and Use
Products sold by Eon's Whips are intended for lawful and responsible use only. The customer is responsible for learning the proper techniques for using the whips, floggers, and other creations and for following all safety instructions. Eon's Whips disclaims any liability for improper, dangerous, or unlawful use of its products. Concerning training sessions, participants agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to the session and to follow the rules and instructions provided by the instructor. Eon's Whips cannot be held responsible for injuries or accidents resulting from improper execution of the techniques taught or from undisclosed medical information.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the eons-whips.com website (texts, images, videos, logos, graphics, etc.) is the exclusive property of Eon's Whips or their respective authors. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior authorization is prohibited.
11. Disputes and Applicable Law
These TOS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. If no agreement is reached, the competent courts will be determined according to applicable legal rules. Consumers may always bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
12. Cancellation by Eon's Whips
In the event that Eon's Whips is unable to fulfill an order or booking (material unavailability, force majeure, illness), Eon's Whips undertakes to notify the customer as soon as possible and to issue a full refund of all amounts paid within 14 days.
13. Image Rights for Creations
Eon's Whips reserves the right to photograph any custom creation prior to shipment and to use these photographs for communication and promotional purposes (website, social media, portfolio). No personal data of the customer will be associated with these publications.
14. Changes to the TOS
Eon's Whips reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time. The applicable conditions are those in effect at the time of the order.
15. Consumer Mediation
In accordance with article L.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, if a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the consumer may use a certified consumer mediator free of charge.
